We got a great weekend rate with breakfast through Booked.net. Breakfast was extensive and enjoyable. Very comfortable rooms, especially once we discovered how to use the air condition. Actually had a coffee maker in the room. Candice at the front desk was very helpful! The location was better than I expected- very close to central station and the central square.
The internet was often down or very slow. We couldn't print our boarding passes which seems strange for a business hotel. We were told of an unsafe area on one side of the hotel by a church, but we felt very safe getting to and from the center even late at night.

Perfect location for our city trip, nevertheless quiet. Fantastic breakfast buffet.

This is a very well located hotel in the center of the city, every destination and means of transport is reachable in without difficulties. Value for money i is very good and for us who travel on business, free internet access is particularly valuable.

The location of the hotel is very central, around 10 minutes walk from the train station, the Catedral of St Michel and Gudule and the Grand Place. The bed is also very comfortable, and everything seems brand new and clean in our room. The best thing is that the hotel provides computer with internet for guests to use free of charge at the main lounge.
There is no coffee/ tea making facilities in the room and no mini fridge provided.

While it's not the most glamorous hotel I've ever stayed at, it was clean and the location was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and I liked that they had computers for guests to use in the lobby.

The modern decor, cleanliness, and the size of the room were top notch. The proximity to the city and the central station, and the inclusive breakfast were an added bonus.

Rooms were spacious, breakfast was relaxed ( and good value if you are hungry), proximity to Central station was excellent.
Could be rather disconcerting to have a room directly overlooked by adjacent and occcupied offices - especially as work seems to start at 0730hrs!

Location
The staff is not well-trained. We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, and there was no hot water the second day. We complained about it to the frond dest, and the receptionist said somebody would take care of it while we have breakfast. After the breakfast, we asked her if the hot water worked, and she just said "It should be." There was still no hot water- but we did not bother anymore. Yet we mentioned that for the next guests when we checked out, but she did not seem to be interested. And no apologies.

Location
Staff was completely incompetent dealing with a major issue. After an e-mail request to change a booking date, the hotel answered that due to pre-booking this was not possible. So, big surprise: upon arrival on the original date, the hotel had cancelled two rooms I booked, sold it to another guest and i addition billed booth room to my account as well. This, despite a mail one week in advance to confirm arrival on the original date. To make things worse, the hotel was fully booked and no manager was available to discuss the problem. We just had to find another hotel, ourselves, or sleep in the loby! Also next day, no explanation was given and a refund was not possible. Do I advice this experience to anybody else? Brussels has plenty of other hotels to choose from.
